Self-organised project seminars (SPS)
What is a "self-organised project seminar"?
Self-organised project seminars are seminars organised by students in which the content is worked on independently, scientifically and in a practice-oriented manner. Relevant topics and issues in empirical cultural studies should be addressed and, where possible, forms of qualitative empirical research should be included. SPS focuses in particular on issues, problems and approaches that are not covered by the institute's regular courses, which are controversial or critical of established forms of scientific knowledge production and/or are transdisciplinary in nature. SPS can be designed and implemented by closed student groups or offered openly.
